I really enjoyed my stay as the staff were lovely and the nearby Priory Park provided the perfect green space for walking and enjoying nature, while being just a few steps away from cozy dining spots like The Marlborough Head made it easy to grab a bite after exploring.

For a cozy evening, request a room away from the wedding area to enjoy more peace during your stay.

The only downside was that the bathroom could use a little updating, and we noticed some peeling paint which gave it a tired look.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick break in Rochford with very good value for money. The shower was good once we figured out how to turn it on. Make sure to check the parking situation in advance.

the location was really good, super easy to get to from the station. the receptionist was friendly and let me know about a wedding happening that day, which was chill for me. my bed was comfy and breakfast was super nice, loved the food.

i had a couple issues tho like the carpet in my room had some stains n the tv wasn't working too well. also, there was some noise from the wedding but not a biggie for me.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from where we tied the knot! The staff were super friendly, and even though we missed breakfast timing, they sorted us out with hot food. Only thing was, the food tasting schedule is a bit of a bummer if you miss it. loved chilling in the bar area!
