stunning wedding marquee, spacious reception areas, clean hotel
The shower curtain could use a thorough cleaning!!! The room's heater was complicated and took time to warm up, and staff seemed hard to find when we needed extra tea and coffee supplies!!!

I really enjoyed my stay as the staff were lovely and the nearby Priory Park provided the perfect green space for walking and enjoying nature, while being just a few steps away from cozy dining spots like The Marlborough Head made it easy to grab a bite after exploring.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The staff provided exceptional service, welcoming us warmly and attending to our needs promptly. Our executive double room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, making our short stay enjoyable.
It was a nice hotel, but we did not spend much time there.

Had a great time with friends during our stay. The vibe was fun, and we enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like the local market and the historical town center. The spacious standard double room was a plus, and the breakfast service was top-notch with delicious options. Just a heads up, the shower pressure was great and warm, but keep the main lights on if you need a bright room.
The only downside was that the bathroom could use a little updating, and we noticed some peeling paint which gave it a tired look.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick break in Rochford with very good value for money. The shower was good once we figured out how to turn it on. Make sure to check the parking situation in advance.

the location was really good, super easy to get to from the station. the receptionist was friendly and let me know about a wedding happening that day, which was chill for me. my bed was comfy and breakfast was super nice, loved the food.
i had a couple issues tho like the carpet in my room had some stains n the tv wasn't working too well. also, there was some noise from the wedding but not a biggie for me.

The helpful staff were a highlight during the stay, promptly addressing issues like the broken kettle in the room. While the location was convenient and breakfast was decent, the experience was marred by a persistent unpleasant smell upon entering the room and inadequacies in lighting. For £85, it felt like the hotel was stretched too thin with just one individual handling various roles, affecting overall service quality.

Great staff and cozy vibes!
The location was perfect, just a short walk from where we tied the knot! The staff were super friendly, and even though we missed breakfast timing, they sorted us out with hot food. Only thing was, the food tasting schedule is a bit of a bummer if you miss it. loved chilling in the bar area!
